Connecting Wazzup to Bitrix24 from the Market
1. Open your Bitrix24 account. In the left-hand sidebar, go to the “Applications” → “Marketplace” section.
2. Enter “Wazzup” in the search bar and select Wazzup (WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Viber).
When changing the domain in the Bitrix24 portal, you must remove the old integration in the Wazzup dashboard and then set up a new integration with the updated domain.
3. In the pop-up window, click “Install”.
4. Review the information in the window, including the terms of use for the solutions catalog, the license agreement, and the privacy policy. Then click “Install”.
5. Click “Open Application”.
6. The Wazzup personal account will open in Bitrix24. Log in or register in your personal account.
7. Then go to the “CRM Integration” section and click “Connect”.
A new tab will open with a notification confirming a successful connection.
8. You have successfully connected Wazzup from the Bitrix24 marketplace.
If you haven’t connected messengers yet, you’ll need to do this in the “Channels” tab.
To configure integrations, go to the “CRM Integration” section. To ensure everything works correctly — such as deals being routed to the appropriate pipelines, salespeople seeing only their own chats, and managers monitoring their team — the integration needs to be properly set up.
How to connect Bitrix24 from Wazzup
1. Open your Wazzup account and go to the “CRM Integration” section → select “Bitrix24”.
2. To connect Wazzup to Bitrix24, follow steps 1–5 described above in this article.
- Start by installing the app in the Bitrix24 marketplace.
- After clicking “Open app” in Bitrix24, return to Wazzup.
- Paste the link to your Bitrix24 account, click “Confirm”, and then “Connect”.
3. After that, a new tab will open with a notification about a successful connection.
